We attended Cochon555 in NYC last year (2016), and have been chosen again to supply a pig for their 2017 New York City event being held 1/29!  This year we will be paired with chef Ryan Bartlow from Quality Eats.

2017 Pig Roast?

I'm toying with the idea of putting together a pig roast with multiple pigs and multiple New England chefs paired with local brewers and wine makers. Of course local fruits, veggies and cheeses would be incorporated as well. Check back for updates in the spring.

Update...maybe I should start with 1 pig, 1 chef, a butcher and a brewer.

Location-looks like APPLETON and maybe a second event in Portsmouth...Stay Tuned.

2017 Maine Farmer's Markets

We'll be back at the Farmer's Markets in 2017! Due to my broken arm I missed them all in 2016. We'll be back at the Union Farmer's Market each Friday starting in May and on Wednesday's we'll be taking the ferry out Islesboro for the market season. Hope to see you there!
