Pigs are scheduled to go mid April and will be ready in early May. Each half will roughly be 125-175 lbs hanging weight. Cut sheet options include smoking, nitrate free smoking, and various sausage spice choices. Meat will be vacuum packed and frozen, Delivery to many parts of Maine is included. Delivery to NH and as far as Boston can be arranged.

Once your deposit is received, we will send you a Cut Sheet to fill out.  Use the cut sheet to customize exactly how you want your cuts. There is no such thing as a stupid question, Ask away!

We transport your pig to Herring Brothers in Guilford to be processed, and pick it up when it’s ready, (2-3 weeks).

We arrange a drop off at or near your home or a pick up of your pork at the farm. .


Half Pig: 

  • $200 deposit

 

Custom Processing fees:  Approximately $.80/lb plus additional costs for chosen smoking and sausage spices/casings.  (Subject to actual processing costs)

  • Sausage seasoning: about $10 per half

  • Smoking: Regular or Nitrate Free Smoking $1.25/lb

  • Sausage in links: $1.50/lb
