The farmer chooses a variety from the following list:

Both 5lb & 10 lb bags:

Bacon

Sausage

Pork chops

Country style ribs

St Louis ribs

Baby back ribs

Ham steak

Smoked hock

Ground pork

Jowl bacon (you will love it!)

Possible in 10lb bag only:

Butt roast/shoulder

Boneless loin roast

Sausage:

For each flavor we generally have both Links (in casings) and loose (just ground, no casing)
